I’ve worked in the technical support arena on and off since 1999, initially starting in telecoms and mobile data. I worked for a major mobile network provider aiding with the roll out of 3G and 4G data services. After joining a Red Hat reseller in 2013 I made the progression in to supporting Linux based systems and associated applications. Although there was a large knowledge uptake I thoroughly enjoyed this role, and found Linux to be my operating system of choice. I joined Easy Internet in 2014 and have enjoyed my time here and continue to do so. I work mainly as a Server Technician, Systems Administrator, Technical Customer Services agent, and I also work on billing and customer service issues when I can. I find the solving of problems to our customer satisfaction immensely satisfying. I also enjoy bringing a bit of light to people’s lives when they’re experiencing problems, by helping them address the issue at hand, or answering their query to their satisfaction.
