I’ve worked with the web hosting division of Easy Internet since September 2014, collaborating with the whole team and since then becoming the second longest serving employee currently with the company. I cover incoming calls to the billing and support desk from a wide variety of customers, dealing with account issues such as handling all incoming payments, ensuring domains and accounts are renewed, dealing with suspensions and refunds, offering recommendations on new accounts and hosting setup. I also handle many of our technical support calls, helping people with issues from forgotten passwords to deleted websites. I achieved a qualification in recognition of my customer service skills and I’m the first point of call for nearly of our customers.
