Sharpe Maintenance Services is a supplier of industrial cleaning machines. They are a family business based in Leicester, supplying equipment to companies across the Midlands.
Sharpe Maintenance offer only the best, specially selected machines for sale and hire. They also offer services, repairs, and refurbishments, allowing them to build long-term business relationships.
The Sharpe Maintenance website was outdated and not using a responsive theme. When viewed on a mobile device, the website didn’t load correctly, was difficult to navigate, and wasn’t fully functional.
The issues with the website were resulting in lost traffic and conversions. The dated aesthetic wasn’t projecting the right image of the business and the website needed a complete refresh.
The client stocks a large number of products, so the focus was on building a brochure website that was easy to navigate so visitors could easily locate what they want. The project began with our design and SEO teams developing a hierarchy that grouped the products together to create an effective journey towards a desired goal i.e., making an enquiry.
Once the site structure was agreed, our team of web designers and developers were able to work with the client to create a concept that complimented the company branding and key focus. With an emphasis on user-experience, our team made sure that easy to locate calls to action, high-quality images, and easy to read content were at the heart of the design.
As an online marketing agency with over 20 years’ experience, our team understands that mobile usability is an increasingly important factor for both web design and SEO, so it was essential the new website for Sharpe Maintenance was fully responsive and functional on a range of screen sizes.
